Welcome to Kang An TCM Clinic. By accessing our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Booking Policy

  • All bookings are made online and require a non-refundable deposit of SGD 10 to secure your appointment slot.

  • The remaining balance must be settled at our clinic during your visit.

  • The treatment booked is provisional; following assessment by our TCMBP-registered physician, adjustments may be made if the treatment is deemed unsuitable for your health.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid incurring charges.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional fees as determined by the clinic.

3. Treatment & Consultation Policy

  • All treatments must be accessed through our TCMBP-registered physicians.

  • Treatments do not include consultation fees.

  • First-time visitors must undergo a consultation with our physician.

  • Clients who have not visited the clinic within the past 6 months are required to undergo a new consultation prior to treatment.

4. Medical Certificate (MC) Issuance

  • Medical certificates (MC) will be issued at the discretion of the attending physician.

  • Issuance of MC is subject to the physician’s assessment of the patient’s condition and validity.

5. Refund & Payment Policy

  • Prescribed herbs, pills, or medication are not refundable.

  • All treatment fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

  • The deposit paid is non-refundable and serves as a booking guarantee.

6. Insurance Claims Assistance

  • We are happy to provide relevant medical documentation to assist with insurance claim processes.

  • The report will be based on the patient’s condition as assessed by our physician.

  • Please note that the final approval of insurance claims rests with the insurance provider.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

  • Your data will be used solely for appointment management and related purposes.

  • Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent unless required by law.

  • You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
